These Terms of Sale govern all purchases from Solmino Labs LLC (“Solmino Labs,” “we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Research Use Only Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility and accounts

Purchasing requires a registered research account. You must provide accurate account information, including your research organization and role, and you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. We may decline, suspend, or cancel any account or order at our discretion.

2. Research-use representation

At registration and again at checkout, you affirm that all materials are acquired strictly for laboratory research use only and not for human or animal consumption. This representation is a material condition of every sale.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability. Prices are shown to signed-in research accounts and may change without notice. Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Shipping

We ship to the address associated with your verified account. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt of the materials is lawful at the destination.

5. Returns

Because these are research materials, returns are limited. Report any order discrepancy or damage within 5 days of delivery. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored materials.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Materials are provided “as is” for research use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solmino Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Solmino Labs is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, from use in or on humans or animals, or from any use inconsistent with the Research Use Only Policy. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solmino Labs harmless from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your handling, use, resale, or disposal of materials, or from your breach of these terms or the Research Use Only Policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
