Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Products are supplied as lyophilized powder in sealed vials. A flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout.

Payment before shipment

Orders are paid via bank transfer (ACH) against an invoice we email after you place your order. Orders are not prepared for shipment until payment has cleared in our account. Once payment clears, orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Tracking and receipt

We ship to the address associated with your account. You are responsible for ensuring that receipt of the materials is lawful at the destination. For order status, contact info@solminolabs.com with your Order ID.

Returns

Because these are research materials, returns are limited. Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any damage, defects, or discrepancies within 5 days of delivery to info@solminolabs.com, including your Order ID. We do not accept returns of opened, used, or improperly stored materials.

Refunds

Where a return or claim is accepted, refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer) after the issue is verified.
